Abstract

A sale and purchase agreement is one of the agreements often found among various agreements in society and is included in important instruments in economic activities. This study aims to analyze the suitability of the price determination method through coin tossing in a shoe sale and purchase agreement with the general principles of contract law. This study involves analysis related to the principles of legal science, legal systematics, and synchronization of legal provisions relating to the object of research. The results of this study are that the suitability of the price determination method through coin tossing in a shoe sale and purchase agreement with the general principles of contract law is in accordance with the general principles of contract law.
